Limoncino Liquor
Gi Traditional Italian liquor, dating back to the end of the nineteenth century. Lemon peels are the precious main ingredient of this product with an elegant, captivating packaging. Limoncino 21 Bottega is characterized by a moderate alcohol content.
Limoncino 21 Bottega is produced from an infusion of “Femminello” lemon peels. In Italy, “Femminello” is among the most widespread lemon cultivars. Its main features are a fine-grained peel and high- quality essential oils. This variety of lemon is called “Femminello” because of the fertility of the plant, which flowers three times a year. It is very sensitive to the cold but quite resistant to high temperatures and provides constant production. Lemons are grown naturally, in particularly suitable areas, where the climate is hot and dry, with medium texture soil rich in gravel, sand and peat. They are picked up at peak ripeness, washed and peeled by hand removing the bitter white part and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. Lemon peels are infused in organic alcohol for nearly 30 days, during which colors and aromas are extracted. The liquid is then separated from peels, and sugar and grappa are added. Limoncino 21 Bottega is fresh and pleasant; thanks to its moderate alcohol content, its taste and bouquet are more intense.

Gianduia Chocolate Cream
It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of Gianduia chocolate. This was created in Piedmont, in 1806, when the high cost of cocoa inspired local pastry chefs to replace part of it with toasted grounded nuts. This gave origin to an elegant and intense chocolate, with a typical bouquet of cocoa and nuts. These hints are also present in Gianduia Bottega, a cream with a velvety sweetness which satisfies even the most demanding palates. With a final touch of grappa, Gianduia Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable.

It is characterized by intense and persistent bouquet and taste, with notes of milk, butter, vanilla and biscuit, introducing the voluptuousness and softness of milk cream. With a final touch of grappa, Fior di latte Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable.

Latte Macchiato
iIt is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, combining the intense aroma of coffee with the delicate elegance of milk. A blend of coffee beans is carefully selected to obtain the best bouquet and taste. The beans are crushed, instead of grounded, to avoid an excessive stress of raw materials, which would affect organoleptic characteristics. They are then soaked in water and alcohol for 15 days and stirred daily; they are finally filtered and stabilized. The result is a completely natural coffee tincture, which is mixed with a sweet and velvety milk cream. With a final touch of grappa, Latte Macchiato Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable.

Gin Bacur
iDistilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals used to produce it. Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon zest are left to macerate in a solution of water and alcohol for a long time; after that, double distillation takes place, clearing the liquid from possible unwanted hints and leading to an elegant distillate with a fine, clean bouquet. The final features of this Gin are deeply related to its components, and its quality and complexity depend not only on the quantity of plants used, but also on the conditions in which aromatic compounds are extracted from each of them.
